Summary: The objective of this study in 2009 is to determine if parasites (Ostertagia gruehneri) can survive on the tundra over winter. This is the third year of a three year study. This work is to study the parasite Ostertagia gruehneri. This is the most common stomach worm in barrenground caribou.
